Ganache Coating & Sharp Sugarpaste Edges (Certificate)
2 Week Course (4 hours over 2 evenings) - Certificate
An intensive, 4 hour technical course where you will learn the art of splitting, filling and coating a sponge cake (we use real cakes not dummies) using ganache. Once set you will learn how to achieve perfect sharp iced edges when covering the cake using sugarpaste.
If you are a beginner we would recommend you attend our Introduction to Sponge Cake Covering Skills Workshop first.
