A technical workshop where Lynn Crees-Glendinning will take you step by step through the process of carving and stacking layers of chocolate cake to form a stable 3D shape.
You will also learn how to make and sculpt rice krispie treats into robust shapes. How to crumb coat cakes using ganache. How to make modelling chocolate and work with it successfully when coating cakes and moulding additional features.
