An intensive, technical workshop where you will learn the art of splitting, filling and coating a sponge cake (we use real cakes not dummies) using ganache. Once set you will learn how to achieve perfect sharp iced edges when covering the cake using sugarpaste. As a finishing touch you will dress the cake with a hand made edible bow.
If you are a beginner we recommend you attend our Introduction to Sponge Cake Covering Workshop first.
