An intensive, technical workshop where we will teach you the art of preparing a rich fruit cake, cover it with marzipan and then sugarpaste to a perfect, professional standard. You will learn how to use new and traditional tools to crimp, emboss, texture, sheen, colour and shape sugarpaste to create simple designs to complete your cake ready to box and take home.
Once you have completed this workshop you will have the necessary skills to attend any of our other courses including our PME Sugarpaste Diploma.
