COVID 19 - Updated 31 May 2020 - 'On-Site' (In Person) Classes to resume Saturday 13th June:

We have carried out a full 'risk assessment' of our studio and implemented the necessary distancing and hygene measures to comply with the governments current guidelines. The ‘re-start date’ for our 'on-site' (actual in person) courses is Saturday 13th June.  Our reguar weekly 'Hobby Classes' will begin again in September 2020.

Our School is open for all enquiries and taking bookings for 'In Person' Group and Private Classes. Dates are available from Saturday 13th June 2020. If the guidelines tighten and we have to postpone your booked course we will offer you an alternative date(s) or a credit note (gift voucher with no expiry date) for the full amount that you have paid.  Our Cancellation Policy will provide you with full details about our refunds policy. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. 

If you prefer to train remotely, we are offering a selection of  Online Cake Decorating Classes (Live stream & interactive), & Video Tutorials for you to enjoy. 'Virtual' Private Lessons are also available. We wish everyone continued good health and look forward to welcoming you to our school either 'in person' or 'viturally' in the near future.

Join this fabulous 'all inclusive' one day workshop and enhance your piping skills by learning how to create these beautiful decorated biscuits / cookies using royal icing. You will take home your own selection for all to enjoy.





On this course you will learn:

  • How to make & bake cookie dough
  • How to make, colour & adjust the consistency of royal icing
  • How to successfully runout/flood designs onto cookies
  • How to overpipe, inlay & paint royal icing
  • How to make simple pressure piped flowers
  • How to dry, package & store cookies

We recommend that you have some piping experience using buttercream or royal icing before you attend this course. If you are an absolute beginner we have a range of beginner level classes including our 'Introduction to Decorating Cookies / Biscuits Using Royal Icing Workshop' that you may be interested in. Places are limited to 8 students. All the materials, equipment and packaging will be provided Bookings can be secured with a £50 deposit with the final balance payable by 30 days before the start date of the course.
